This team is a DISGRACE!! If Lemaire is even allowed to do a post game press conference I will lose all respect for Lou. Unfortunately I saw this one coming, and although a lot of fans were taking the optimistic route, I think deep down a lot of Devils fans saw this coming too. Too bummed to think too much about the future, but I'm glad it ended the way it did for one reason...now there's no illusions about this team being close. It's not, and the whole second half and these playoffs proved it, and if this team comes back relatively intact, I'll never allow this bunch to fool me again. Time for change, and not just minor tweaks. Bye bye Jacques...you were a big reason for this franchise's rise to glory back in '94 and beyond, but you can't come back. And I'm hoping Elias and/or Langenbrunner somehow find their way out of here. I appreciate everything you guys did, and I'll remember you both fondly, but it's time for you both to leave...tired blood. Won't be too upset if White and Mottau are sent packing either. I am at a total loss as to how this team came up SO SMALL this series. Yes the Flyers did some things well, but lets be real, we showed bits and pieces this series of how this team could play, and they were in control, the problem is it was only small bits and pieces. This team lacks leadership in the worst way. Langenbrunner should be ashamed of himself, and should come out in the post game and rip the C off his sweater and give it to Lou publically. Coming out and being totally outplayed for the first 12 minutes, and being down 1 - 0 before they started playing a bit. Lou should have fired him between periods!!
