Blackwood wasn't awful, but he certainly wasn't good. Bastian didn't have a lot of time in the offensive zone - the Devils' bottom 2 lines are just bad, and he wasn't helping. I usually never check the score if I recorded the game, but I just can’t with this team right now. Glad Bratt had a nice goal. At this point all I care about is the young kids progressing, and the (actual good) vets like Palms and Zajac not getting seriously injured.
