devilsrule33
LOL. I really didn't want to read any messages before I posted mine but that was the funniest fights. Hey I got the 400th message in this thread and now I am 999 posts.
insanity_gallops
Barnaby got destroyed in that fight. He's lucky Worrell didn't give him a concussion.
HellOnICE
I wouldn't wanna play the Rangers. Too much scoring.

BlueSkirt
I think I'm gonna fire Ftorek. Bruins are in a death spiral...
NJDevs4978
I feel ridiculous for asking this given the current state of the Bruins, but since their magic number was 3.5 and the Rangers tied tonight, should we take off another square since it went down to 3? Hopefully Robbie gets fired and we don't have to change the number. At least it was nice that King A$$ fired blanks in the second period when a goal there could have wound up giving the Rag$ two points instead of one
CHICO IS GOD
1 point, big whoopee, not what either team wanted
Dr. Death
Great game! Garth Snow did a fantastic job in the pipes especially in OT. Both teams deserved a point. I am just glad the Rangers did not get the win.
sammyk
Do we peel off a tile now since two ties equal a loss?
'7'
Rag/Isles game totally sucked, after games like this I need to pop in Cherry's Rock em Sock em 5 to remind me how fun hockey used to be. Rags got 1, but they really needed 2.
Blackjack
Do we peel off a tile now since two ties equal a loss? I say give it one more tie/OT loss just to be safe.
DevilMinder
I am leaving a tile on because the #$%^ Bruins seem to have lost all desire to show up for hockey games. If you are gonna blow the season at least wait to the first round Ftorek jeez oh mighty.
bg.
Boston 65 games - 67 points Rangers 69 games - 65 points Montreal 66 games - 63 points The more you seriously look at this, the more it seems like the winner will have low/mid 80's in points. 83 or 84 might do it. Boston is falling like a rock. They have a rough week and Hackett does not look too solid in net. They keep falling you'll have to put a square back on! DevilMinder
That was some goal Leetch scored tonight on the backhander. As a hockey fan you have to admire that skill.
HarbingerOfSorrow
BG, it's not the points. It's the games in hand.
brylin18
march 15, circle that date. that's the death knell. the devils will take this horse out back and put it out of its misery.
BlueSkirt
Before then. I say they don't make it out of the next 5 alive.
SpeakoftheDevil(s)
Leetch's goal was sweet. i didnt think(hoping) he was going to be able to lift it well enough....shows how much i know.
BlueSkirt
Timander was pretty weak defensively on the play..but it was vintage Leetch going solo.
NJayDevil
Leetch will go down in my books as one of my favorite defensemen of all-time but shhhh, let's keep that one under wraps, OK? He's got as much talent as a defensemen can have. And from what I hear, an overall great guy.
HarbingerOfSorrow
Well, the HOS is completely shocked by the Rangers' play as of late. The Rangers are 4-1-2 in their last 7 games. They've got quality wins against Minnesota and Anaheim as well as a quality tie against NJ. The HOS was able to witness their game in Colorado. Although the Rangers got smoked on the scoreboard, it was clear that a healthy Ranger squad carried the play for large stretches. And given the way Boston has been fading, what the HOS originally thought was unthinkable may actually come to pass. But it's Boston's games in hand that should worry the Rangers the most. brylin18
it was a nice play and all but that was a horrible goal by snow. why the hell would he go down at that bad of an angle? i swear, snow was going down on almost every ranger shot. somebody was going to beat him high eventually. Triumph
I didn't understand that either, brylin. Weak goal. Rangers couldn't get anything going offensively all night.
bg.
Leetch has goals in each of the last two games that just make you shake your head. Lots of times words get thrown around, but those were something else. As the games go by, the games in hand become more and more important. Including tonight Boston has 5 games this week, with the way they are playing I want them playing every night. Confidence is a crazy thing. When you have it your unstoppable, when you don't, your nothing.
