Jas0nMacIsaac
No link, just isn't listed on either roster. Was a healthy scratch in their last game. People are speculating he is back to Russia.

Devilsfan118
That'd be a bummer. Kinda. But then again, didn't really have any nhl success to speak of, and it didn't seem like he had a very high ceiling
DevsMan84
First he was MIA on the scoresheet last year, and now this.

maxpower
the AHL site's player accounting isn't very good. the had Zharkie being sent up on Saturday instead of Vasyunov. he's probably lost in limbo now

DaneykoIsGod
On the team's stat page, he's listed as having 4 GP, 1 G, 2 A, 3 P and a +/- of +2. He also has a big red X next to his name, which is defined thusly: X indicates no longer on team. Also rocking a big red X next to their names are Sestito, Magnan, Corrente and Josefson. Whatever all that means.

maxpower
yeah, but Vasyunov is on the roster not "x'd" out. I think it's bad accounting that causes alot of confusion. I thought he was called up and that someone was getting scratched yesterday, for example
Amberite
Vasyunov, Zharkov, same difference.
njdevil26
Odd.... usually the THEAHL.com transactions page is on top of those things but he's not there. I hope he didn't go back to Russia.

Devs4LIFE
Possibly being called up? Although we'd probably have heard about that via TG before the AHL's roster page. He didn't play in Saturday's game either. Edited October 26, 2010 by Devs4LIFE

JWomp
whats the hard-on with this guy, he sucks. Even though he had trouble scoring at the NHL level last year I didn't think it was his fault. He had some nice chances and I think he has some potential. I hope he didn't really bolt...although maybe he is annoyed to not have been considered for an NHL spot after playing so much in the NHL last year, especially because he wasn't included in any call-ups this year like Sestito and Vasyunov. Someone should ask TG to do some digging.
titansman
According to hockeydb.com he is listed as no longer on the Albany roster. http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid%5B%5D=92051
Triumph
hockeydb goes by the theAHL roster site. i guess we'll find out wednesday. i'd be surprised if no one had this, though - guys like chesnokov seem to have their ear to the ground wrt russian hockey goings-on. Triumph
and of course he's still here. TGfireandice Those asking about Zharkov. Lamoriello said he is still with Albany. Apparently it's an AHL website error that he's not on Albany roster.
