Hatakka looked pretty good in his prior stint, did he not? And Miller's a nice player but I don't think not having him for the next 19 games is going to be some killer. Having four rookies on D would strictly be temporary. And not like Bahl is not a true rookie...he had 66 games coming into this season. Siegs just isn’t cut out to be a top defenseman. Colorado Rockies 1976 Posted March 8 Share Posted March 8 According to P&P, the 4th-rounder is in 2026...that's the only place I've seen that info given though. So basically, as far as the Jets go, Toffoli and Miller to Winnipeg for a 2025 2nd, 2024 3rd, 2026 4th, with the Devils retaining some of Toffoli's remaining coin. Jets did what buyers are supposed to do: make moves that should make their teams better immediately. Not a sexy haul overall for the Devils, but of course, the alternative is the Devils still miss the playoffs, those guys walk, and the Devils get nothing at all. I might've gambled on Miller sticking around by not dealing him, but Fitz can revisit keeping him this summer. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
