AaronInPK
Devils defenseman Mark Fraser has a fracture hand. He had surgery this morning to insert a pin and will miss four to six weeks. @TGFireandIce

Devils731
Too bad for Fraser personally, he seems to work hard and be a good guy. For the Devils this is great, can't play him and you don't have to waive him yet, nice.

Amberite
This is starting to get creepy. If I was a marginal player on the Devils right now, I'd start to get worried.
Devils Dose
Wow, another injury. So far we've only seen players that we don't much care for (aside from Volchenkov) go down, but hopefully the remaining players stay healthy.
Neb00rs
Poor Clarkson...he's going to be the team goat for the next 4-6 weeks. Rolston, Salvador and Fraser all out long term...this is way too convenient.

CarpathianForest
Fraser was pretty impressive last night. So does this mean we call up one more player in addition to Josefson, Sestito and Corrente?
DevilMinder
CBA people, is there a limit to LTIR slots?

squishyx
CBA people, is there a limit to LTIR slots? No. "No Club shall be limited in the number of times it may invoke the Bona-Fide Long-Term Injury/Illness Exception in any League Year, provided that the Exception is at all times invoked in full compliance with this Section 50.10(d)." Dead
How can there be a limit of players placed on LTIR? If a player is injured they should be placed on LTIR. Limiting this number would be insane. I hope Fraser heals up quick, he played much better against the sabres and fought when he had to.
