Devilsfan118
Interesting Fact: Flyers have signed 6 players to 61 years for $374.5 mill since 07, none of them will be playing for them next season. Hilarious. Makes you wonder how Homer still has a job.
Devil Dan 56
Hilarious. Makes you wonder how Homer still has a job. I'm pretty sure the run to the finals in 2010 is the single only reason. I can't imagine what else, because it sure isn't his fiscal responsibility or wise decisions.
JRZYRIPPER
How about Damien Brunner from Detroit and Viktor Stalberg? Edited July 3, 2013 by JRZYRIPPER

Derlique
Wow...didn't realize Briere shot sub 7% last year. He'll fit right in! On a more serious note, I'm warming up to the idea of adding him. Sure, he sucks at defense and takes a lot of silly penalties, but I believe he can still be a ~50 point guy that would look good on a line with Elias and Zajac. His shot rate didnt drop off it's just that he didn't get the bounces
Triumph
Rask and Bergeron rumored to have re-signed in Boston, each for 8 years, Rask around $56M, Bergeron around $52-54M
Daniel
Wow that's insane, they're bleeding cash. The Flyers essentially print money. Without a cap, they would probably be spending $100 mill/year in salary and would still be profitable.
moustic
The Blues have agreed to terms on a two-year deal with defenseman Jordan Leopold

I don't think so. They're a top 10 revenue team, but I don't think they are this profitable.
sundstrom
How about Damien Brunner from Detroit and Viktor Stalberg? i would be ecstatic with both of those. let clarkson walk and give each 4/10 deals.
CarpathianForest
I don't think there's a chance Brunner will leave Detroit.

Without a cap, they would probably be spending $100 mill/year in salary and would still be profitable. That plus the fact they were able to trade/hide on LTIR forever most of the big-money deals. The ones they didn't haven't hurt them capwise either. Edited July 3, 2013 by NJDevs4978

Devil Dan 56
Langenbrunner, Palmieri and Gomez is going to be our third line. Langenbrunner refused to waive a no-trade and sulked his way out the door. He won't be back. Palmieri was traded because he was HANDED a top 6 spot and according to coaches didn't do anything with it. Gomez could have been signed last season and the Devils It's amazing how negative some people in this fan base are, even after Sunday's trade and Zubrus (and supposedly Elias) re-signing. I'm not being negative, I'm being tongue in cheek. Keep in mind though, Bobby Holik motored to NYR and was brought back so...
