Both teams chocked so far lol Sharks are known for chocking hard in the playoffs so i'm going to assume they'll ultimately lose this one but who knows haha When Pavelski went down, it was a bad scene.... I thought SJ was done for sure at that point. When Couture scored the first goal, he went to the bench and said ‘that’s one’, and you could see that all the sudden the Sharks had life. He was down for several minutes. There was no way they weren’t calling that a major, even if the intent wasn’t to concuss Pavelski. Also think Gallant is a complete tool bag mouth breather so I don't mind not having to see him anymore. I can never root for a Colorado team unless they are playing in the finals against an Eastern team I hate so I'd rather the Sharks take them out. I also think for those of you that don't get the Carolina hate haven't experienced a playoff game in that building. I've been there quite a few times for them and there are so many stupid fvcking people that show up for those games. I hope Washington finishes them off. But, all things considered, that was a hell of a finish - good on the Sharks to rally like that and not give up. I still have a feeling they'll somehow lose next round (Avs are rolling, and their top line is incredibly dangerous), but it's a nice story and moments like this are certainly attracting people to the playoffs because of how exciting it's been so far, which is good. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I can only empathize and think back at how that 5 minute PP vs. LA Kings changed the momentum around entirely and lost us that series. Also, no one mentions the clear high stick goal for the second one from Vegas. That was a blatant high stick and I turned off my TV assuming the fix was on. I honestly didn't see anyone else stopping them from the cup this year. Very loaded team. Gallant is an arrogant POS, Stone and Patioretty are douchebags and William "I sold my soul for one good year" Karlsson can now enjoy the golf around Vegas. I know this isn't going to be a popular opinion (I know many feel the NHL reviews too many things as-is) but come on.. that wasn't a major penalty. Probably will be next year after this. If it was the Devils I'd be pissed too but I'd probably be more pissed at the team for going into nuclear meltdown mode and giving up 4 goals that quickly and not being able to clear the damn puck out of the zone or clear out the front of the net.
